Choosing an investigation with the title of (Southern Kurdistan’s 1991 Mass Exodus and Neibours’ Position (Turkey and Iran) as a Sample) is very significant as Kurdish modern historical selected topic generally, and south Kurdistan specifically, since we want to show and clearify this subject as an oral history depending on documents and witnesses as an important event (modern historical side of Kurdistan) in the final decade of passed century. Hence relying on different sources a research has been prepared that consists on a preface, two chapters, five sections and a conclusion such as:
First chapter: in the research the first chapter in the title (identifying mass exodus and its important factors) consists of two sections which is formed in this way; first section that deals with history of immigration and exodus within Kurds people. Second section in the title (south Kurdistan’ exodus factors) internal and external factors of mass exodus has been mentioned
Second chapter: in the research second chapter we have explained (events and all aspects of mass exodus) that consists of three sections: first section (exodus of Kurds to Iran) in this section kurds’ people flee to Iran and the position of this country against Kurds homless people has been demonstrated. Second section (exodus of Kurds to Turkey) in this section kurds’ people flee to Turkey and the position of this country against Kurds homless people has been showed. Third section (tragedy eventsof mass exodus in the speech of some victims) in this section some of Kurds homeless people tell their story (some of Kurdish escapee) were the witness of their loved one’s death that the reasons of their death were (starvation, lack of their needs, cold, distance of the roads, and ammunitions).
